BRIEF, BUDGET & CONCEPT DESIGN
In our initial consultation, we guide you through the crucial steps of defining the project brief, establishing a budget, and exploring concept designs. Drawing from our expertise, we provide valuable insights to help you make informed decisions. Our focus is on presenting a range of options that align with your vision, setting the foundation for a successful project.

PLANNING EXPERTISE & PERMISSIONS

Our comprehensive planning package, accompanied by supporting documents, is meticulously prepared for submission to the Local Authority. Additionally, we liaise with other consultants, such as those handling Flood Risk or Construction Methodology, ensuring a seamless process on your behalf.

TECHNICAL DESIGN EXCELLENCE
Our commitment extends to obtaining approvals from Building Control. Whether working with local authority building control or an Approved Inspector, we coordinate the necessary drawings and calculations. We also streamline the Party Wall process by obtaining quotes from Party Wall surveyors, allowing the construction phase to proceed smoothly. Throughout, we maintain close collaboration with the contractor, responding to on-site queries and preserving design integrity.
