The client came to us with a vision for an open-plan kitchen extension, complemented by large bright double doors to make full use of the garden in warm weather.

After a few conversations with us, much to their delight they also found out that it was possible to make the most of their unused side space through an internal reconfiguration which would give the property a whole extra annex wing.

So, equipped with this whole new plan, they decided to not only extend outwards but also upwards! The project went smoothly with us achieving planning permission for both parts of the project first time round, And the results are stunning.
